Step #1: Decide how you are going to keep a record of your calls, texts, emails, personal interactions and commitments you have made to each person on your list.


Step #2: Record every interaction or even all your attempts to reach out to the people on your list... every time you’ve emailed them something or have committed to do something you need to have a place that you can refer to.


Step #3: Take videos and record audios of your feelings and experiences along the way. This will be a great resource for training people on your team how to find builders themselves.


Step #4: Find at least one accountability partner to do this program with you. (We have found that groups of three work best). Text every morning by 10am - 3 specific things you will do that day to find builders. Text by 10pm that night - Report if you have completed your specific tasks for the day Text every weekday for 2 months


Step #5: Set up your daily/weekly recruiting schedule.
