There are two ways to purchse as a Wholesale member (a.k.a. Wellness Advocate). You can make a standard order anytime, or set up a monthly Loyalty Reward Order.

The Loyalty Rewards Program is the smartest way to purchase your oils and its how I get mine.

The program is a flexible, optional monthly program that rewards you for placing regular orders.
Basically, you get free stuff for being a loyal customer.
I receive almost $100 in free products every month simply for opting into this program!
COMMON QUESTIONS:
How do I get 30% back in FREE product credits?
• Your Loyalty Rewards Points grow over time
• Your starting percentage depends on the kit you start with. Whatever percentage you start at, you will increase by 5% every 3 months until you reach the maximum of 30% LRP Rewards.
Do I HAVE to place an order each month?
For a normal wholesale account, no. However, if you choose to opt-in to the Loyalty Rewards Program, yes you need to place an order each month. You can place a minimal order (1 PV) and it will keep your template open for you. You won’t earn any new points or advance in percentage that month, but you won’t lose your spot or your points.
To advance in percentage and move from 10% to 30%, you need to maintain an order of 50 PV or more each month.
*PV meaning : Each dōTERRA product has a PV amount which most of the time is the same as wholesale value. Example : Peppermint has a PV of 23.
Are there any required minimums?
No – you can order as often as you’d like and cancel if you don’t want an order going out.
Any hidden fees?
No, there is no catch! There are no hidden fees, obligations, or strings-attached. Just awesome, high quality product and the best support and education.
Does a wholesale account mean I have to sell?
Absolutely not. Opening up a wholesale account simply means you get the same deal we have – the best pricing.
Will I get the same products each month?
If you don’t manually change the items in your LRP order online before the ship date you have set, you will receive the same oils/products each month. I have a reminder on my calender one week prior to ship date to alter products to what I need. You need to log in to your virtual office (or you can call into member services on (02) 8015 5080 ) to edit your LRP.
What’s the Product of the Month thing about?
For those of us using the LRP template to place your orders, if you set it to run BEFORE the 15th of the month AND your order total is 125 PV or higher, you’ll automatically be sent a gorgeous freebie.
We’ve received Cypress, On Guard, Purify, Lemongrass, Easy Air, Cedarwood and many more from the Product of the Month promotion.
Can I change my shipping address and payment information?
Yes! Both of these are customisable whenever you need or would like to make changes.
Is it really worth it?
If you only use your dōTERRA products once or twice a year, it’s not really going to be worth your while.
But if you find yourself purchasing one or a few products a month, then yes you’ll totally benefit from buying this way.
Not only do you earn points back & can earn the free product of the month, you’ll also get your shipping costs credited back to you in the form of points and have the products you need, when you need them.
I thought oils lasted a long time and you only needed to use a tiny amount at a time. Won’t I run out of things to buy?
Once you learn how to incorporate and LIVE with essential oils, they will organically become a part of your lifestyle.
