I'm just curious...

You can ask almost anything you want when you lead out with, "I'm just curious..."

I'm just curious...

- Have you heard of essential oils?

- Have you tried essential oils?

- Have you considered sharing essential oils or hosting a class?

- How long has that been an issue?

- How long has fear held you back?

... and any other question you desire to ask! Questions are the key. "I'm just curious..." opens the door easily to asking what you want.

 SUPPORTING YOUR CUSTOMERS 

step 1: within 24 hrs of a customer enrolling...

Send your customer a short welcome note/text/social message and let them know to check their inbox for a welcome email and education to guide them over their next few months. Go here and add your customer to our welcome series. The first welcome email they receive in our series teaches them how to log into their doTERRA back office and connects them right away to our team resources.

step 2: 2 week check-in

Write your customer a short note to check in and see how they’re liking their oils so far. Something like this:

Hey Zoe,

Just popping in to say hello! Hope you’re enjoying your essential oils so far and learning about helpful ways to use them through our email series. I’m not sure if you had a chance to peruse this virtual lifestyle guide yet - but it’s full of great ideas for incorporating your oils.
