    • Rub on muscles before and after exercise to reduce discomfort.
    • After long hours on the computer, try rubbing Soothing Blend essential oil blend on the shoulders and neck to recover and ease muscle tension.
    • Massage Soothing Blend with a few drops of carrier oil onto growing kids’ legs before bedtime to help with occasional aches associated with growth spurts.
    • Rub Soothing Blend on lower back muscles after a day of heavy lifting at work or during a move.
    • Apply as a compress on the spin, reflex points, and feet.
    • Apply on location for muscle cramps, bruises, or any other pain.

    • Blue Tansy is analgesic and anti-inflammatory and may help with low blood pressure, arthritis, and rheumatism.
    • German Chamomile is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic and may help relieve congestion and arthritis.
    • Helichrysm may help cleanse the blood and improve circulatory functions. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and may also help let go of angry feelings that prevent forgiving and moving forward.
