how to reactivate your doterra account:

When you enrol as a customer with doTERRA, you are creating a Wholesale account.  It’s good for a year, and gives you a 25% discount on everything you want to buy all year.  Plus the option of joining the Loyalty Rewards Program for even more benefits.

But what if you haven’t ordered in a while?  What do you do to get things going again?

It depends on how long it’s been:

If you enrolled less than 12 months ago:

You don’t actually have to reactivate your account. If you’ve ordered within the last year, your account is still active.  Just log in, throw some beautiful products in your cart, and purchase.  Remember, your membership was good for a whole year.  You won’t have to renew until your year is up.  You can continue to order as many times as you like between now and then, and you’ll enjoy the 25% discount every time.

A few FAQ’s:

  • Can’t remember your ID# to log in?  Contact your Enroler (the person who helped you sign up with doTERRA)

  • Can’t remember your password?  Call doTERRA Customer Service (02) 8015 5080 (have your ID# ready)

  • What Type of Order?  Two type for members:

  1. One-Time Orders – 25% discount applies but you don’t earn product points for future freebies.

  2. Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Orders – 25% discount applies, and you earn Product Points to be used to pay for future purchases.  Read here for more information.

  • When will my account expire?  12 months from the date you first enrolled.

If you enrolled more than 12 months ago:

If it’s been longer than a year since you enrolled, and you haven’t ordered in a while, let me first say WE'VE MISSED YOU!  You will need to renew your membership with your next order.

Its easy – you’ll follow the ordering instructions above.  When you check out, your order will automatically include a $25 renewal fee, and a free bottle of Peppermint from doTERRA as a thank you for renewing ($34 retail value).  You’ll get that 25% discount for another whole year!  Sweet, right?!

Need to change your sponsor?

I don’t recommend changing your sponsor unless the person you enrolled with is no longer running their doTERRA business, and is not supporting you any longer. 


If that’s the case, you’ll need to call doTERRA Customer Service, and discuss renewing your original account, under someone else.  You’ll need to provide them with the ID# of the person you want to be your new sponsor.  They can take care of the logistics for you.  Your account won’t be different – you’ll just be working with someone now who’s actively supporting their community in their essential oil journey, and who will reach out to you soon.

If you feel I’ve provided you with knowledge and support about using your oils, and you’re truly in need of a different go-to doTERRA person, I’d love to have you reactivate your account with me – but NEVER if you’re leaving an active builder/team.  No poaching allowed 😉
