what is diamond club?
It’s a 4 month growth program for any Premier, Silver, Gold or Platinum leader that is looking to create a solid diamond level business in the next 6 - 24 months.
Diamond Club (DC) is hands down, the most effective way to pour fuel on your growth + solidify your leadership with your team!
In this growth program, you are given resources + financial support to grow your business!

when is diamond club?
There is 1 diamond club season each year and it runs from Feb > May
In Spring, there is the Discover Program from Sept > Nov
how do I qualify?
✔️ Achieve the rank of Premier by end of December
✔️ Personally enrol 3 new wellness advocates/customers in December (also November for Discover Program graduates)
✔️ Have 10 customers or wellness advocates on your team that place an LRP of 100pv+
what are the perks for my team?
Diamond club creates more excitement + enthusiasm for people to show up at your classes + enroll. As a DC participant, when a customer enrolls at your class, they receive free products + bonuses only available through you that doTERRA gives them. For example:
✔️ If their order is 100pv - 299pv, they receive a free 15ml Citrus Bliss
✔️ If their order is 300pv+, they receive a free 15ml Citrus Bliss + 15ml Adaptiv
✔️ Additionally, if they place a 100pv LRP order the month after enrolling, they will receive 25 bonus LRP points
what are the perks for me?
You can claim travel expenses for up to 8 classes per month.
If you drive to classes that are 100+km away from your home, doTERRA and your upline sponsors will reimburse you up to AU$100 per trip to + from your class.
If you choose to fly to classes, you can receive up to $200 for each flight you take.
You also have the opportunity to receive a huge cash bonus if you are 1 of the top finishers!!

Let’s say you’ve just hit Premier by end of December, so your organisation is pretty new + relatively small.
At a minimum, you will earn the following each month through Diamond Club as a Premier leader:
✔️ US$150 empowerment bonus
✔️ $300 DC travel reimbursement (you can claim up to $1600)
✔️ $100 fast starts (assuming you only personally enroll 2)
✔️ US$50 first level power of 3 (let’s assume only 1st level)
✔️ $400 (Average premier earns $800/month)

who do I request as a sponsor?
Sponsorship is a HUGE privilege so get your upline excited to invest in YOU! Below is a script you can use to help shape your message and then be sure to include the attached graphic to help bring clarity to your request, invite sponsorship, and summarise what's in it for them!

Dear [upline name],
I am grateful for the role you _______, [ e.g., played in introducing me to doTERRA/cheering me on/mentoring me], supporting where I am today. I am ready to take my business to the next level and am reaching out to ask for your support to participate in d0TERRA's Diamond Club.
I need 3 sponsors to participate, each contributing $20 - $133 per month (Feb - May 2021 only), in an effort to fuel team growth. My direct upline lineup is ________, ________, and you [use correct order].
Diamond Club is a proven tool to accelerate growth, and if I don't meet the requirement of 14 customer enrolments each month, you don't pay.
doTERRA handles all the details once you give them the go-ahead and you get the satisfaction of knowing that you are contributing in this way as well as directly benefit from the growth and momentum.

Diamond Clubbers on our team should secure 3 sponsors allowing upline leaders to support more people.
Message the 3 people directly in your enroler upline (can be found in the ‘upline listing’ in your back office)
These are the 3 people that will be interested in sponsoring you because your growth is their growth!
Your 3 sponsors will contribute equally towards your travel reimbursements for each month that you meet the DC requirements. So if you have 3 sponsors, the maximum they would be contributing $133 towards your monthly bonus.
You can ask your most direct upline sponsor to also act as a mentor for you through DC.
This is an opportunity for you to have regular check-ins and offer support as they go.

note for potential sponsors:
The opportunity to sponsor someone in your downline will be one of the smartest business decisions you could make!
While it might cost you between $20 - $100 a month to sponsor someone (depends on how many other sponsors there are sharing the investment), they will be enrolling + growing at a pace that will far outweigh the investment you are making in them.
Remember - you are only paying their monthly bonus if they meet the requirement of at least 14 team enrolments each month.
It always makes sense to sponsor someone that is within your enroller downline!
When someone requests your sponsorship, we suggest you have a way of qualifying.
You can see what I’m asking for right HERE. They need to have integrated the plans from days 1 - 10 of the Momentum Model in order for me to sponsor them.
what are the diamond club requirements?
✔️ 4 classes each month
✔️ A class needs to have at least 1 person from AU/NZ in attendance
✔️ 8 AU/NZ enrolments a month for your own team
✔️ 6 AU/NZ personal enrolments a month for your own team
✔️ Each enrolment must be registered as an attendee on DC website within 48 hrs of class end.
Notes:
If someone shows up to your class from another team and wants to enroll, they can, but they don’t count towards your DC requirement. If you are in New Zealand, you can enrol someone from Australia and have it count and vice versa.

To make your goals a reality, create a vision board and review it frequently, focusing on how you will feel when you accomplish them.
FIND YOUR KEY LEADERS:
Before the DC season starts, decide where you want to spend your time + effort.
Use this Diamond planner worksheet to determine which builders you want to focus on during Diamond Club.
What rank do you want to reach?
What leg(s) do you want to strengthen?
Within leg(s), who are the key people you can work with to hold classes?
Are there loyal customers who might be interested in hosting?
How can you help these key people be motivated + engaged in building their team? (What’s in it for them?)
Talk to these key people and ask them what they want to accomplish during your Diamond Club season.

Connect with each of your key leaders to map out a plan for any travel, goals and expectations during Diamond Club.
Connect with LRP customers to organise classes
Look at where you can ask for help from friends + family during this season (with childcare + meals etc)

Tips from Diamond Club Graduates:
Get crystal clear with who will be running with you and what legs you plan to focus on.
Load up classes in the first 2 months so that you can line up classes at these classes to feed your last 2 months. Ideally you want to front load your month so the end of the month can be focused on follow-up + prep for the next month.
Launch any new builders you have in the first two months so that you can plan 1-2 more classes with them and any interested business partners they have in the last two months.

Use Eventbrite + Facebook events to market the larger classes you're planning. These will be multiplier classes as you'll want to book several classes off these classes.
Create marketing images using a simple app like Word Swag. Share that you’re ‘taking your education on the road’
Have a team communication plan in place: Create a shareable Google Calendar for your team so that all classes can be plugged into it during diamond club. This will help with marketing + attendance. Consider using a communication tool like Voxer with your team to keep everyone updated
Use the AU / NZ Diamond Club Facebook Group to mastermind + ask questions
For family time + sanity, plan at least a weekend to be unplugged each month ❤︎
